ISHITA POV:
Bangalore, Asha Apartment:

After a party turned into a mess, Mira and I returned to our apartment.

Without Raj's help, it would have been impossible for me to control Mira - she was extremely drunk. Raj came over and said she was under control now and we managed to lay her down on the bed.

After that, Raj and I were sitting in the living room. None of us had eaten dinner after the incident. Both Raj and I were quite hungry. Raj suggested we order something, but it was already 3 AM and since it was Sunday the next day, we didn't have any pressure to wake up early. Plus, our one-week holiday was starting and we had to leave for Delhi in the morning for Mira's engagement party.

I told Raj to wait while I went to the kitchen to make some pasta. Raj had offered to help, but I asked him not to help with the cooking and instead to clean the dishes and the floor because the last time he tried to help, he made a mess - he had even left the gas burner on - so I didn't want to take that risk again.

After about 40 minutes, I came out of the kitchen with a bowl of white sauce pasta and two cans of Coke. When I came out, I saw Raj had already freshened up and was ready in his night suit. He told me, "I'll serve the food, you go and freshen up," so I left the bowl with him and went to the bedroom to change.

My bedroom isn't too big, but it's not small either. I absolutely love it. Most importantly, there's a balcony attached to it. I've always had a special love for plants, so I've filled the balcony with small plants and set up a swing there, creating my own peaceful space. Even better, inside the room, there's a big window beside a bookshelf and a small desk where I usually do all my office work.

On the second shelf of that bookshelf, there's a childhood photo of me and Vid - I must have been around 10 or 12 years old then. We're family friends - my mom and Vid's mom were best friends in school, so I've known him since childhood. That photo has always been my companion whenever I felt sad - looking at it always made me feel better.

Thinking about all this, I moved toward my closet and took out a Tom & Jerry print crop top and a pair of white shorts, then headed to the bathroom.
I was feeling exhausted after the entire day, so I needed a long, relaxing bath. I prepared the bathtub with my favorite candy-scented bath bomb. After soaking in the tub for about 20 minutes, I shampooed my hair and used my favorite jasmine-scented body wash.
Afterward, with a towel wrapped around my hair, I came out of the bathroom, blow-dried my hair, and looked at myself in the mirror - feeling completely refreshed.

Once I was satisfied with my fresh look, I stepped out to find Raj already waiting with the food for me.

Due to our work pressures, we hardly get time to talk and gossip anymore like we used to, so this felt like getting back a little piece of our old days.
After talking for about 30 minutes, Raj and I were both extremely tired,
so we said goodnight to each other and went to sleep.
When I went to the door to see Raj off one last time, it felt like he wanted to say something through his eyes but, for some reason, he couldn't say it.

Out of curiosity, I asked him, "Is there any problem?"
No.
Raj said , but I had something to say to ishi, please don't be mad at me .
Then I said don't overthink raj you are my best friend, you can say whatever I don't mind just Say it.
and holding my hand, looking at me, he said, 'I will definitely say it when the time comes, but please don't misunderstand me.'"

But you have to promise me - when the time comes, I will surely tell you, but you must promise that whatever your reaction is, it won't affect our friendship.

This honestly looked into his eyes and I said it, and placing my hand on his, I promised, "Yes, I will never leave you."

Hearing that, he finally found the courage to open up about feelings he had been bottling up for years.
I didn't say anything more and just watched his walk away, happy.

The next morning, I woke up and saw Mira was still sleeping. She's really someone who, if left undisturbed, could sleep peacefully for two days straight.
After repeatedly trying to wake her up and failing, I finally got fed up and splashed water on her face.
Frustrated, she said, "What the fuck, Ishu? Can't I even get a little more sleep? Just shut up and go get ready. Our flight's at 1:30; we have to leave for Delhi."

Saying that, I went to the kitchen and made breakfast for us - butter toast, poached eggs, and juice.

"Good morning, sweetheart," Raj wished me.

Mira, looking disappointed, said, "Don't call her sweetheart," and she and Raj started their usual bickering.

Watching them fight reminded me of a similar heated argument Mira and vid once had.
Mira has always been very possessive about me - even more than she is with Dev.
I still remember, on my parents' anniversary, They came and congratulated my parents on their 20th anniversary.
Keya Aunt came and said, "Anuska and Vikrant, you've spent 20 years together - oh sorry, not 20, but 26 years - because you were in love for 6 years even before marriage."
Even now, their love hasn't lessened at all.
I truly adore and deeply admire the love my parents share.

Keya Aunt and Vikram Uncle came - that is, Vid's parents - along with Kritika, a very cute and beautiful girl. I always had a very good relationship with her. She was a big fan of mine and would always ask me to make a sketch for her.
Also, Dev came along with Mita Aunt - that is, Vid's Aunt and Dev's mother. Dev's father, Kunal Uncle, couldn't come because he had to travel for their family business. Their family is almost entirely made up of doctors, and they own four different hospitals in four different states.
But Vid never wanted to become a doctor. His dream was to become a lawyer, although initially, his family wasn't fully supportive. Especially Vikram Uncle was not very happy at first, but eventually, Vid convinced him.
At that time, Vid and I were very good friends - even more than friends, maybe. I used to call him my gossip partner. Being introverted, he didn't talk much to others, but because of his handsome looks, smartness, and studious nature, he was in high demand and very popular at school.
Vid was my senior in school, but still, all the classes used to talk about him - especially the girls, who were crazy for him.

Once, Mira and I were talking about something when Vid came to me and said, "Come outside for a bit, I need to talk to you."

But Mira, being Mira, didn't let me leave without finishing our conversation, and Vid wasn't the type to wait around either. So both of them basically started a tug of war with me.
I was almost frustrated and pulled away, but neither of them calmed down the whole day - they kept giving each other side-eyes.

My thoughts were interrupted when Mira almost screamed at me, saying, "Chinta Kumari, hum yahan par hain, aap kaunsi duniya mein khoye huye hain?" (Translation: "Miss Worried, we are here, what world are you lost in?")
I quickly changed the topic and said, "Let's eat breakfast quickly and leave, otherwise we'll be late."
🌸

Delhi:
My room's theme is actually my character's reflection-dark and dominant and also soft and kind hearted for my lovable.

The interior is a massive, monochrome space defined by a bold black-and-white color palette. The study room features sleek matte black walls adorned with large white panels and geometric patterns, with a polished black marble floor accentuated by soft white veins. The desk is a floating black wood structure with a glass top, paired with an ergonomic black leather chair, while open shelving in black frames holds books and minimalistic decor. The lighting is a combination of recessed black ceiling lights and hidden LED strips, creating a glowing effect around the edges. The gym room, just as striking, features shock-absorbent black rubber flooring with gray flecks and full-length mirror walls. The gym equipment, including a black treadmill, weights, and a punching bag, is complemented by cool white LED lighting and a black-and-white mural on one wall. A sleek TV is mounted on the wall, and a mini-fridge adds convenience. Floor-to-ceiling black-framed windows allow natural light, with sheer white curtains and blackout options for control. The entire space feels sharp, luxurious, and energizing, a harmonious blend of creativity and physical vitality, perfectly designed for productivity and wellness.
the second-floor space that includes half of my study and gym room. These are my favorite areas, where I release all my frustration. It's not entirely the truth, though-most of the time, I project my frustration onto others who deserve it. Even if I beat the punching bag, it's easy to do, but it can't solve the real criminals, because crime has no mercy.
After today's meeting and the frustration, I needed a shower to calm my mind.
So, I took a pair of soft, well-fitted joggers from my closet, paired with a relaxed T-shirt. After showering in the bathroom, I got dressed and wore my Rolex watch. As I was about to go downstairs, I saw a message from Avik on my phone. He informed me that in a week, I have to go bangalore to an IT company for some legal issues. I might not have agreed to this, but the company is related to Sunflower, and I can't ignore Sunflower. I'm not going to wait for just one week; I want her in my life forever. Therefore, I'll go to Bangalore and make arrangements to bring her permanently to Delhi.

Although Dev's engagement is coming up here, I'm not just satisfied to see her for Just one week.,I want Sunflower forever. So, I'll go to Bangalore myself and arrange for her to move permanently to Delhi.

Just as I was about to step out after finishing a phone call, I noticed Deb walking toward me, saying, "What's up, bro? Finally, after five days, Advocate Oberoi remembered us!"
I teased him back, saying, "Looks like Dr. Oberoi finally remembered his brother too!"

We shared a warm, brotherly hug, and I said, "I missed you, bro."
Dev laughed and replied, "I missed you too! You know Ishita is coming as well. And please, this time, no drama like last time. Just relax, bro - I promise I won't mess up again."

And Dev laughed and said, "At least try to get along with Mira, man! I don't get why you two are always at each other's throats. Honestly, the way you fight, it's like watching two little kids bickering! No one would ever guess you're the same tough lawyer that even criminals are scared of!"

So I told him, I don't have anything to do with you or your arrogant fiancé, but she always comes around my sunflower, so I can't take her . Dev, with a disappointed look, said, 'I can't take both of you.

We chatted for a while about politics, business, and all sorts of things as we made our way downstairs.
By then, Mom and Choto Ma were already waiting for us.

We joined everyone at the dining table, where the conversation had already turned to Deb's engagement.

The moment Choto Ma saw me, she smiled and said, "Vid, when are you getting married? You're older than Deb, after all!"

I laughed and replied, Let your daughter-in-law agree to marry me first, then you'll see - I'll get married even before Dev!"
